We ate brunch at Zampa Winebar and were able to convince ourselves not to order Brioche French Toast since we already ate it twice since her visit started.
We were close to The High Line so we walked part of that. The day was so gorgeous that the whole city seemed to be out enjoying the spring weather.
We stopped at Chelsea Market so I could show mom my favorite store in there which is obviously a place to buy excellent food and chocolate.
Chelsea Market Baskets has loads of wonderful foods from all over the world.
I buy a lot of chocolate here as gifts for friends since there selection spans the globe.
Mom and I left quickly to go see the play "One Man, Two Guvnors". I highly recommend it as we laughed so hard. The play is probably the funnies I've ever seen.
Our next stop was Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center. I loved it better than the top of the Empire State Building since you can see the Empire State Building and Central Park from this vantage point. And it only took 10 minutes to get to this view which cannot be said about the Empire State Building.
We finished our Big Sunday at The House, a really cute restaurant in Gramercy Park. It was a great way to end our adventures and the food was delicious. We then went home to watch the new Sherlock Holmes series on PBS. It was almost a perfect day.
